Welcome 2007
This blog started in the beginning of 2006. I started with a recap of 2005.
It's the first day of 2007 today. I'm not going to do a recap of 2006 because fortunately, I've already recorded here what I wanted to record. Doing a summary is not going to do them justice.
2006 is a year of many changes. I've made many choices, few good few bad and few which I do not know whether are correct. I've taken risks, accepted challenges, and had my share of successes and failures. I know I might have taken wrong paths and detours. But ultimately, I will reach my destination.
I have to write down how much I appreciate the people around me. My family has always been very tolerant towards me because I treated my house almost like a hotel, be it during my postgrad yrs or now when I'm working. I wished I can spend more time with them. I thank my friends. They were my source of cheers and spirit, especially my lab friends, Keppel colleagues, Kun, HM, YS, ZS, JJ, Teresa, Alicia, etc.
Thanks to Ziyu for his patience and kindness always.
May 2007 be more colorful and exciting. Wish everyone health and wealth. :)
