Upset
This email was circulated to everyone on our site. I'm not involved in this testing and did not know about this incident until I read this email. Water flowed into the tank because the subcontractor who was doing the hydrotest accidentally opened the inlet valve.
I am upset that why one of our fellow colleagues would circulate this to EVERYONE, even the management level. Leaks, spillages, wrong positioning of valves etc... are very common during testing and commissioning. That is why we call it "testing and commissioning". What does he mean by blowing this up?
After lunch, Tay and I were supposed to flush and disinfect RO Train 13. Before we went down to site, I told Tay I want to go and inform that colleague that we're doing flushing. He thought I was joking and he laughed. I just give him a sian look. Few moments later, he understood that I was seriously upset.
I think he can't really understand why I get upset over such trivial stuff. I thought between colleagues, we shouldn't do this kind of thing. Why can't we just remind one another in private?
Perhaps I'm too naive.

safety is very important.. just gald to read that no one got drown by shit water! dun think too much lah..you make it sound as if there is some political meaning behind this email. take care of yourself too! =)
