First day in Clementi Woods Kindergarten
On 7 Jan, my girl went for her first day orientation at Clementi Woods Kindergarten. She's joining the Nursery 1 class. Her class is Sunshine N1.
She looked cute in her apron-like uniform. But she looked nervous, though Papa and Mama is attending the orientation together with her.
My girl tried to eat her porridge by herself.
We did an artwork together in class.
She was relatively well-behaved. She seemed to be taking in her new surroundings quietly. Occasionally I tried to leave her side but she was always on a lookout for where I was. There were other photos which I couldn't post it here because other kids' faces were on them. Teacher has already warned us not to put kids' photos on our social media.
I also went with her for the second day orientation. Similarly, she was always searching for me and wanted me to be by her side. So I did.
Today, she's on her second week in school. Everything seemed well enough. She proudly told us she did not cry in school anymore and she liked going to school.
I hope she enjoyed her time in school because learning is supposed to be fun.
