Nasi lemak at Adam Road
Woke up early on Sat morning, planning to go Stirling Road to eat nasi lemak. When we reached there after a 15 min walk, we found it didn't open.
A bit disappointed, we then walked to the bus stop, thinking we'll take a bus to tanglin halt to eat breakfast instead. Bus 186 came. It doesn't go to tanglin halt. We boarded nevertheless, because it does go to Adam Road, where we could still eat our nasi lemak.
Long queue at the stall. I counted 20 people in the queue before us.
We queued for 1h 15 min. Exhausted. Before we got our plate of nasi lemak!
I think the real issue is that many customers dabao10-20 packets! Otherwise, we shouldn't need to queue this long.
Yummy. I would prefer the chilli to be a bit more spicy. But would I queue again? Maybe not for more than 30 min.
