Dubai Day 3
Last day of Dubai trip..
The milk is still in my hotel room fridge. haha...
Then I took a taxi to Reef Mall which is near to my hotel. I had to go back to the hotel before 1pm to check out. Reef Mall has a better collection of shops, like Splash, Home Centre, Charles and Keith. Why I always 舍近求远, I have no idea.
And Daiso (again)! I think Daiso is not very popular because there are very few people in the shop. Unlike those in Singapore, always swarming of people.
We checked in online that morning and we had no luggage to check in, so we escaped the queues by just going up to the express counters.
After I went through the customs securities, I found something in my bag again...
The pokka lemon tea I bought from Dubai Mall! Errkss... I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to do it again.
We had our last snacks and coffee in Dubai while waiting for our flight.

Woke up early to have breakfast with my husband as he's going to a business meeting in the morning. Little variations in the breakfast.
After breakfast, I went back to the room and nua for like 2 hours because the shopping malls won't be open till 10am. I was trying to decide between Wafi Mall and Dubai Festival City. I chose Wafi Mall because its seems a bit nearer. Bad choice. The Mall is full of strange shops and is nearly deserted. I walked around for less than an hour and decided to leave. You would ask, if there are no interesting shops, how come you can spend so much time there? Most of the time, it's just walking along the corridors because the place is so spacious.

There were quite a number of such chinese stalls in the malls' food court. I bought some dimsum from this Chinese Palace, and omg, will never eat from there again.
I met up with my husband in the hotel at around 12+ and proceed to check out. Then we took a taxi to Deira City Centre, which is shopping mall near the airport. We had lunch at the food court. I bought a teriyaki salmon with fried udon from this stall named Sugoi Sushi. This is again a bad choice. The noodles were so chewy and bland. The salmon is ok, but it would be quite difficult to ruin a piece of salmon, so I couldn't give them much credit for that.
Arrived at the Dubai airport terminal 2. I think it's a buget terminal for FlyDubai. Lots of construction going on.

That's the end of our trip!
Looking forward to the next one. hee...
