Shift work again... 8 to 8 12-hour shift. Super sian... hate night shifts - productivity very very low but have to put in twice the effort.
Appreciate the help of 2 other unlucky souls (Tay and Terence) for making the work more bearable. Seeing them work so hard motivates me to just accept the task and complain less, haha... although I still feel quite sorry for pulling Tay into C3D to help. He must be scolding me for making him miss his CNY holidays... Terence seemed to complain the least about the shift work and even offered to take over mine when I sprained my ankle.
Sometimes, good team members really make one feel better at work.
There's a new addition to the process team. I really hope he can work well here to relieve me of some of my workload. However, he seems to have a higher resistance level. So far, I do not know how to deal with him, and I have no time to strategize how to. I feel a bit guilty for not able to spend time to sort things out but he's not making it easier for me as well.
Anyway I have more important matters on my mind than trying to please him. So if he doesn't help himself, I think I can't help him much too. Sigh...
