New recipe
My cooking partner decided to fry chicken with the satay sauce we brought from Singapore.
Initially I thought I'll fry a vegetable dish, but I'm really not in the mood for cooking. So he decided to add mushrooms into his satay chicken so that it is a more balanced diet.
We thought mushroom with satay sauce is going to be weird. But surpisingly, the mushrooms taste very good with satay sauce. I must say even better than chicken.
I think I'll go buy more mushrooms to stir fry with satay sauce.
