Best restaurant in Doha
I must blog about this restaurant where we spent most of our dinners.
Whenever we feel too tired to go to the supermarket to buy ingredients or simply just too weary to cook, we'll go to this restaurant to eat. It's just a 3 minutes drive away. What we like about the place is it has fried noodles and fried rice which taste very similar to Singapore's food. It also has the normal Indian food like pratas and curry.
Hani Restaurant
We will go there at least twice per week. The waiter already know us quite well and we like to joke with him. The interesting thing is you can order the same dish everyday and you get something different every time. For example, you order the fried noodles, sometimes it's peppery, sometimes it's with ketchup; sometimes with lots of carrots, sometimes with non. Not much QC. But it also means you get a lot of variety with just one dish, haha.
Photo below shows a typical meal we will share among 4 people: 1 fried noodles (portion is sometimes large, sometimes small), 1 pu-chee (dunno how to spell, but it's scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes), 1 curry (mutton, chicken or fish), 1 garlic nann and 1 plate of greens (complimentary).
Usually it only cost 10 riyals (S$4) per person. It is not exactly cheap but we don't have much choice. Fast food will cost much more (usually about 20 riyals per meal) and certainly not a healthy choice.
Have to bear with it while I'm here.

SGD4 per person, considered quite cheap lah. If I dine out, it is SGD12 per person (usually).
