Berching
Back in Germany again...
Was here in May 2008. That time was here for a trade fair, IFAT, in Munich.
This time, I'm here for the Huber factory test, in Berching. This Berching is really an ulu place. I flew to Frankfurt, took a train to Nurnberg and then a cab to Berching. The whole journey was long and tiring. Luckily I arrived Berching a day earlier.

Here I am, in this charming little ghost town. I can only see green pastures, low hills and little houses scattered around. Hardly any traffic on the road, hardly see any people around.
The hotel-restaurant I am living in is a quiet and pretty place. It looks like there're no other people here except me. The lounge is empty, restaurant is empty, carpark also empty. When I asked for a flask of hot water, the frontdesk lady had to go into the restaurant and started switching on lights and ventilation system etc. It looked like they have not been in operation for a long time, haha.
