Bak chor mee

There were a few packets of minced pork sitting in our freezer for more than 5 months. Isn't refrigeration technology amazing?

Frankly speaking, we have no specific craving for pork while living in Qatar. Of course it would be tear-jerking to have sweet and sour pork or charsiew or a bowl of pork rib soup, but without it, other food sources are fine as well.

My husband decided to try his hand at cooking bak chor mee.
