Live and Let Live!
According to The New Dictionary of Cultural Literacy, Third Edition (2002), "live and let live" means We should live the life we choose and allow others to do the same.

It certainly wasn't out of spite. Nor was it out of indifference.
It was simply out of fear of being ifluenced by only one sided stories, that might have bad been peppered personal feelings.
Actually I'm not really talking about you.
I understand your case because you're too far away. But you're not the first or only one who said it.
Don't worry, just focus on your work and life in Sweden. :)
