Gardens by the Bay on 15 May 2022
We went to the GBB for a picnic with ex-colleagues. Adam, Wanting, Menghui and Saw and their kids. I realised that we knew one another more than 10 years ago. We survived the days in Qatar. We were single then, now married and with kids.
Laid our picnic mats on some green space and the kids run around chasing two little balls. The security probably told us not to play on the grass or something but they were quite vague what we could not do.
The weather was hot and humid, so the kids were sweating profusely and became tired quickly.
We made them stood in a line in ascending height order.
We left in about two hours as the kids were already too tired. But it was great to eat and chat with old friends while the kids play among themselves. Maybe do it again when the weather is milder.
