New hobby and challenge ...baking yeast bread

I have taken upon myself the challenge to bake yeast bread for my girls.

I have read dozens of recipes and watched dozens of youtubers to understand the chemistry and best method to make breads.


 I even bought a standing mixer.


I'm still improving my recipe and hopefully one day I can make soft fluffy bread which are as nice as what we buy from bakeries.
