My playing field
Before I went to NUS, I had no idea I will be studying and working on water. Now, everyday I have to deal with water.
When people go to Pulau Ubin, they go cycling. I go there to explain why the water produced by the desalination plant tastes different.
When people go to Bedok, they go shopping. I go there to watch my colleagues pry open the MBR door. Legally.
When people go to Changi, they take the plane for holidays. I wear safety shoes, helmet and safety rope to walk in the dark and dirty DTSS construction site.
Oh, and when I talk about coupling, I mean pipe coupling. Not matchmaking services. Ok?
